This modern three bedroom, first floor apartment is part of a small block of eight. It is superbly located within a short walking distance from most of the local leisure facilities including the recently upgraded tennis courts, the picturesque Ballycastle Golf Club, the marina, the 'Blue Flag' beach and the Margy River.

The apartment is also convenient for touring the Glens of Antrim, The Giants Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, The Old Bushmills Distillery and Rathlin Island Bird Sanctuary.

The property consists of a lounge with patio doors leading to a small balcony giving views of Fairhead. There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and bunk beds. The kitchen is well laid out with hob / oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The shower room is fully tiles with shower, wc etc. The apartment has a colour TV, DVD, video, CD / cassette / radio. Dining table & chairs.

All bed linen, electricity and heating is included in the price.

Set in a beautiful part of south fermanagh Sophie's cottage is a traditional Thatched cottage which has been loving restored to a 5 star standard. But retains the features which keeps its cottage feel.

Sophie's cottage was originally built in the 1870's by Lord Erne as a game keepers cottage for crom estate. It was lived in by the Moran family. Sophie Moran was the last member of the family to live in the cottage. She died in 1987 and almost twenty years later the cottage has been renovated to provide guests with all the comforts of modern living whilst still retaining period charm complete with thatch.

This cottage is ideal for those who prefer the independence of a self catering holiday home along with the luxurious ambiance associated with any 5 star hotel.

Living Room : The main sitting area has two comfortable armchairs and a settee with plenty of room making it a really comfortable area to relax in front of the wood burning stove. The wood stove and Hearth fireplace provide a focal point and an ample supply of logs and turf are provided. The room is complete with LCD TV and stereo. Note the original Monks window to the left of the fire place and exposed ceiling beams.

Master Bedroom : The master bedroom is a light airy room which features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and wall mounted LCD TV. Crisply laundered bed linen, bath towels and complimentary toiletries are all provided.

Bedroom 2 : Bedroom 2 is again complete with a double bed with crisply laundered bed linen, bath towels and complimentary toiletries are all provided.

Kitchen : The kitchen is equipped with electric traditional style oven and hobs fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave all contained in a fully fitted kitchen area.

Bathroom : The Bathroom is equipped with slipper bath/shower and is bright and functional. A selection of toiletries are provided.

There is a secure shed out side, useful for storing bikes etc.

Rockmount Country House : This started life as a working farm house. It has recently been refurbished, and also boasts a natural enclosed garden. With 3 bedrooms (1 king-size, 1 double/ensuite and 1 twin bedded room), Rockmount Country House comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. Local facilities include the world reknowned Royal County Down Golf course (2 miles away), a local horse riding centre, and access to the Ulster Way is only 100 yards away!

Horsewalk Cottage : Horsewalk Cottage, originally stone stables, has been beautifully restored back to its natural stone state and sits nestled at the foot of the breathtaking Mourne Mountains about 1 mile from the resort of Newcastle County Down. The luxurious 4 star accommodation in Horsewalk Cottage includes two bedrooms and sleeps 4-5 people comfortably.

Churchill Lodge :

Gladstone Cottage derives it's name from a potato variety (it was originally a potato store). However it is virtually unrecognisable from the days of it's former use. Gladstone is the largest apartment in Churchill Lodge boasting three bedrooms all of which are en-suite (two double / one twin), a large upstairs kitchen area making the most of the panoramic mountain views, and also a second downstairs living area. Sleeps 6 - 7 people.

Auntie Jem's Cottage, built on the site of some original "outhouses" from the days when this was a working farm is spaciously laid out, and has been stylishly renovated to provide a mixture of luxury and comfort. The upstairs kitchen and lounge area have breathtaking views of the naturally beautiful Mourne Mountains which are adjacent to it.
The accommodation in Auntie Jem's Cottage includes a lavish bathroom complete with sunken bath area, one double bedroom and one twin (sleeps 2 -5 people). Ideal for a romantic weekend away.
